A war is brewing in Columbus, Ohio, and Aubri Jarrett is about to ride a bus right into the middle of it. I have read the series to date and LOVED how Aubri represented a real person who struggles to find control in her circumstances. The Fallen dynamic always makes me smile. It's so easy to get wrapped up in the stories about their lives and loving relationships with others. Great use of emotion and drama in this series. Can't wait for the next one!!!!
I love this series!!! Kassandra writes in a way that captivates you as you become involved with the characters and their struggle to believe in God. I also find the fallen angel's struggle with their choices and faith interesting. I could not put this book down. I am so glad it had over 500 pages...otherwise it would have been over to soon!
Messenger was definitely a must read. It had the mystery/romance part to it bug it also shows how while it may be hard to let go of your past and find the strength to move forward, just know that you have to have Faith and trust what you know it's right.
Oh and there is a twist towards the end....you'll have to read to find out.
Kassandra Kush has written yet another great novel. Messenger is much darker than the other two books in the series, but I LOVED Gabriel's character.
The theme of this book with the drugs and heavy drinking pushed it completely into the adult Paranormal genre for me, so be warned it carries a strong adult message, but while it is intense, the redemptive message comes through loud and clear. It is an edgy but clean, sex free paranormal romance. Recommended for 18+ due to heavy drinking and drug usage by the main character.
There are no words for how I feel right now. Kassandra is a genius. She is unbelievable. This series is beyond amazing. For the first time ever I actually documented myself reading a book because it just got to me so much lol. This book is probably my favorite one to date. I love love love them all but this one just kinda hit a cord with me. So incredibly amazing. I laughed, I cried, I got pissed off, I cried some more and then I cried some more and then got sooooo happy since I found out there will be another one!!! You are so talented Kassandra. Anyone who is anyone needs to read this series!!!!!
This book was a little bit darker than I anticipated, the story line kept my attention. Will be interesting to see how the series ends.
The character's of this series always draw me in, and this book is no different! Aubri is very different, a good POV to show the side of. I was very excited to see there will be another book, and yet so sad that the end is near!
